Indexing software programs are used to locate sites on the web. The indexers, also referred to as search engines, regularly collect the names, addresses, and descriptions of any new sites. Your duty is to ask your web designer questions in that regard and he has to convince you that he is familiar with the implications of using cheap and low quality web page creation software and the use of too many frame structures in web page designs. And he should be able to tell you the technique he employs to avoid the pitfalls.
